WLOVEDOLLS – Refund & Return Policy

At WLOVEDOLLS, we are committed to providing high-quality, realistic sex dolls and related accessories. Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, we maintain a strict non-return policy except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or damage during transit.

Please read this Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. No Return for Non-Defective Products

1.1 All sex dolls are classified as intimate adult products and cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or delivered, unless they are defective or incorrect.
1.2 This policy applies to both standard and customized products.
1.3 We do not accept returns for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size, body type, or skin tone selected by the customer

  • Minor differences in color or appearance due to lighting or display settings

  • Slight material or measurement variations within manufacturing tolerance


2. Damaged or Defective Products

2.1 If your product arrives with manufacturing defects or is damaged during transit, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage

  • Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue

2.2 Once our team verifies the claim, we will:

  • Arrange a replacement product, or

  • Offer another suitable solution based on the situation

2.3 We reserve the right to request the return of the defective item before issuing a replacement.


3. Wrong Item Received

3.1 If you receive a product different from your order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
3.2 We will arrange for the correct item to be sent at no additional cost.
3.3 The incorrect item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging when returned.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Any sex doll or accessory that has been used, unsealed, or altered

  • Customized dolls with customer-selected features (height, cup size, skin tone, head type, makeup, etc.)

  • Clearance or final sale items


5. Refund Process

5.1 Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
5.2 Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).
5.3 Shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.


6. Order Cancellations

6.1 Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of payment if production has not yet started.
6.2 Once production or shipping begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
6.3 A cancellation fee of 20% of the order value may apply to cover processing and administrative costs.
